SHIPPING/ DELIVERY :

Creating Your Beautiful currently delivers within Australia only.

Orders are generally processed and packed within 1–4 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. We take care when packing your order to help ensure it arrives safely. Where possible, we use recyclable and/or compostable packaging, including sustainable acid-free tissue paper and stickers using soy-based inks. Fragile items are carefully packaged to help prevent damage during transit. We currently use bubble wrap where necessary for fragile items and encourage you to reuse or recycle it where possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available. Delivery times are estimates provided by the postal or delivery service and may vary due to circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details. If your item arrives damaged, please include photographs of the item and packaging, along with your name, order number or receipt and any relevant information. We will work with you and the relevant delivery provider to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution based on the circumstances. Email us at skye@creatingyourbeautiful.com.au

Any orders that are returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by you may incur additional postage costs if the order needs to be redirected to another address. Please allow the standard Australia Post delivery times for your parcel to arrive. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Flat rate within Australia:

$10 — Standard with tracking

Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days anywhere in Australia.

$14 — Express with tracking

Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days anywhere in Australia.

Sustainable Packaging:

To minimise our impact on the environment, we use recyclable and/or compostable shipping packaging where possible, as well as sustainable acid-free tissue paper and stickers that use soy-based inks. All fragile items are carefully packaged to help prevent breakage. We currently use bubble wrap where necessary for fragile products and encourage you to reuse it where possible rather than discarding it.
